You Find out when you move to a new State and thay tell you when you get a new license in there State. You know that your license was good before you moved. Is there a way you can see it on the interent to see way?

If they did not give you notice, they violated your procedural due process rights and you can get the revocation reversed. In our nation, everyone is entitled to notice of an action against and you must be given an opportunity for a hearing.

If you were gone so long that the license expires, then yes. This was something under your control. If they met their obligations to inform you, but you ignored that notice, or didn't understand it, or threw it in the trash without reading it, then yes. This was also something under your control.

There had to be a reason for your license to be suspended. To many tickets, DUI, etc. So you should have known they were going to be suspended. You were suppose to be notified through mail. If you can proof they were taken for no reason then fight it!!!! Good Luck!!!

by law you should recieve a letter from the DMV stating that your license has been revoked...i know because mine has been suspended twice sooo i'm up to speed on the whole should they tell you or not...fight it

just find out what you need to do to get it back. i lost mine due to the fact that an illegal bimbo ran a red light and hit me. they didn't do jack to her. i have to pay $200.00 to get mine back. don't you just love the system? it screws americans and the illegals are getting away with murder.
