You need 3 things a good anti virus ,anit spyware and firewall then no one can get into your computer .The only way they can is to physically sit at your computer
(1) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one .
(2) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans
(3a) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
(3b) Install a good firewall
Also get a good program similar to window washer
As you work on your computer and browse the Internet, you leave behind traces of your activity. This information not only takes up valuable disk space but also jeopardizes your privacy. Hi : I have a former employer who has done and is still doing the same thing to me. Realise that someone that invades your privacy has mental health issues. It may very well be someone your ex has hired.
You need to wipe everything off of your hard drive and reinstall everything. Please take it to a trusted professional to do this. This makes me so angry when I read about this. In the mean time, report it to the police. It is illegal to hack into your e-mail
Document everything you can. In the mean time, do not use your computer. Go to a PC room and change your passwords and even your e-mail address. It could very well be a mutual friend of yours and your ex husbands. Some people have no respect for privacy. They are idiots. Good luck to you. I am sorry this is happening to you.

There are various spyware programs which record every keystroke you make, and transmit it to a website where it can be read. You may have to buy a detection program to find it, and block it. If that doesn't work, there are computer security experts who can clean it up for you. Peace of mind is not cheap. BTW, if you can prove it's the EX, you may also be able to get a Restraining Order from the court... Good Luck!

If it's your ex that they are sending stuff to, why do you care? He or she is an ex for a reason, right?
