It is very difficult, but you just have to move on. Try going out with friends & meeting new people. Be as outgoing as you can, don't sit around & be depressed. I know that is easier said than done. Just hang in there, it will get better.

Well honey,I was in the same place as you are 4years ago, and I made a decision that it would be the best thing to do was leave and never look back.We had a good love at onetime but for some reason we grew apart, and nothing we did would ever rekindle the love for us.We are now in new relationships and are very happen that way, and from time to time we do talk to one another, about the future and the past and sometimes the What If? I wish you the best of luck with this, but from me to you, you can only truly find your answer when you listen to your heart.May God Bless you and keep you safe always.

Realize that everything happens for a reason. Right now you're thinking that you'll never find anyone as good, or you'll never date again, or your life is just over, etc. But trust me, those feelings are only temporary. If someone refuses to love you in return, then he/she is not worth loving in the first place. Try to keep yourself occupied. Pick up some extra hours at work, visit family and friends, try a new hobby, etc. Move on when you are ready.

It's better to have loved and lost, then never have loved at all.
How to let go, think of all the negative things and write it down and read them everyday!. Put everything away that he ever gave you in a box or throw it out. Hang out with your friends more often, work like a dog! Exercise to take the stress off your life, and find a hobby, scrap booking, puzzles, join a sport, etc

you know recently i struggled with the same question, so i know its hard, i felt like life wasnt worth living anymore, but you have to say to yourself, do you really love the person, because if you do as hard it may be you'd want them to truely be happy at the end of the day, even if its not with you, so my thoughts are think about like that and go out with your friends meet new people avoid anything that may remind you of your lost love (in fear of relapse) and just know im your heart what meant to be will be and sooner or later you'll find someone who'll love you just as much in return, hope i helped, im such a romantic

Its tough to do, because we know they will get hurt. If you really care about their feelings, though, then tell them that you need to talk. That you just dont feel the same way about him/her any longer, and thats going to be the end. If not telling them seems easier, then do it. But they will eventually find out you dont love them anymore because of the way you act. So Good Luck!!!

First you have to remember that what ever happened in the past is over and done. Then you have to know that this person does not love you any more.So the best thing to do is to move on with out thinking about that person.

Why would you want to stay with some one who does not love you? Staying with them makes both of you miserable. Move own in you life. If you love her let her go.

For you to agree to ove someone, you should've make sure he loves you before you use the word 'LOVE"
Find new interests, write a letter to him and tell him you have moved on .

That's what I'm trying to figure out right now also. It's hard isn't it? I feel your pain. I guess with time and by keeping busy. Good luck :)
