It won't be long and no-one will be able to comment on anything without some "group" getting offended... this is getting ridiculous, I thought this was supposed to be a free country...

You're right. Anyone who finds a freaking commercial offensive is putting way too much emotional investment into it. Oh, and Joyce? South Park plays on CABLE tv. I don't know if you live somewhere where if you don't have cable, you don't have TV, but most of us don't consider basic cable "regular tv."

i watched the game and i don't remember a robot commercial even though i must have seen it ~!
so it must not have been a big deal to me or anyone else in the room or someone would have mentioned it in between swigging on their 40's

Someone up above commented that it might be offensive to someone who lost a loved one to suicide. I did and it never even crossed my mind to tie the two together! Its a commercial, its silly to put so much stock into an ad! People these days need to just relax!

Just saw all the superbowl commercials. Though I find it kinda sad, I wasn't offended by it at all.

No, it was just a silly commercial. Chevy is trying to say that they provide the best quality and when anything goes bad they get rid of it. SO WHAT!

it is for sure insensitive to anyone that has lost somebody to suicide. however, a lot of the commercials were risque.
The Snickers commercial is another good example. The online versions were definitely offensive.
