i volunteer at a library and the kids that come in there r addict 2 the thing. i'm 23 and i check it out once and a while.

i work at a library too. i think kids come in to go on the computer and go on myspace more than kids that come in a read books. its sad really, i guess some people use it for good like keeping in touch with people. but others its terrible they just promote their body.
personally i think im addicted to it. because i talk to my friends on it but i can delete it and not go on it for months and be fine.

its addicting because it gives kids a chance to be themselves. Especially if you're one of those people who are shy/ not able to express themsleves in public. It takes away the whole face to face thing when you talk to people. Some kids take on a whole new personality over the net.
And the whole changing your profile thing. I know for a fact that some of my friends change theirs daily. And you can add songs, graphics, and lots of other fun stuff.
Its just a place where kids can be themselves

They are hooked on it cuz it offers the same thing as email but with pics and the option to design their page to their own statifaction.

Because you can totally make the profile your own & make it all about you. Then you invite your friends and they can read all about each other instantaniously. You get to know one another quickly and neatly. I don't know if that's bad or good.
