why should anyone vote for someone based on the color of their skin? That is outrageous racism. How about "content of their character"? Get over that BS, or you will never be fully human.

certain, it should be efficient to work out a black man or woman be President. i imagine it should be a proud day for everyone. because it should be if a lady is elected President or each person else from a traditionally marginalized crew. As a gay, white woman i'm conscious of how significant it really is that we've a black guy and a lady as the front runners in this nomination procedure. holding all that, we prefer to placed our emotions aside and decide the superb man or woman for the pastime. we are able to not screw up right here. it really is a really large deal and we are able to not in basic terms vote for someone because they seem to be us. Did you watch the deabtes? Clinton nailed each question. Obama turn-flopped and struggled. He lacks experience and adulthood. he's a sensible guy, yet he don't have the entire equipment, a minimum of not yet. nicely, in my opinion i do not imagine he's interior of an same league as Clinton... Clinton is the purely one with the middle, brains, experience and decision to steer and produce this u . s . ahead. I help her thoroughly and that i wish you do too!

A lot of African Americans, like me, loved Clinton. I think many people, not just African Americans, miss Bill, and think that getting Hillary is the next best thing. I don't think that Blacks should feel as though they should back a Black candidate just because he is Black. I guarantee you that if Condi were running, she would NOT get the majority of Black voters. If you are Jewish, Italian, etc should a candidate of the same heritage get your vote simply because of that?

They would be excited if they had a legitimate candidate. He is running on one issue. His race. He has given us no platform, not litst of advisors, no plans. Just smiles.
The same with Hill Billy. She has accomplished nothing, she says nothing, she waffles. Just because she is a woman will not get her elected.
I think it is a good question. It is just very narrow.

The really big issue is lack of experience.
But isn't it great that it is not about race but about important qualifications for the presidency? America is more tolerant that it gives itself credit for. Yeahhhh!!!!! May we make even more progress!!!!!

Why should one back anyone just they are of the same race or gender? That has got to be one of the stupidist reasons to back anyone.

I guess they are considering the candidates' political philosophies more than their skin color.
