We are not god leaders but very good followers. We didn't devlop because we are just following the legacy of British Raj. Now, do we have energy, time and resources to reinvent?. Better bring the best managers and developers worldwide and award them the contract. This will happen, any way.

By Diplomacy. By treating other countries the way we would like them to treat us. Let all countries know that we care whether they like us. But if they don't they will at least respect us.
We should use technology to it's fullest.
