How long does implatation bleeding last???

it's not supposed to last more than a day, and it's light pink with a little bit of brown, it looks nothing like period blood. if what you have looks like period blood your not pregnant..

From my understanding, implantation bleeding does not last very long and is not profuse. If you are bleeding as if you are having a menstrual cycle or are continually spotting, you need to get to a doctor right away. You could have complications with your pregnancy that are serious. I had what I thought was implantation bleeding with my 2nd child, the bleeding continued, and it turned out I was having a miscarriage. I lost my baby. Go to the doctor right away. It's important. I had it for no more than 48 hours, and it was very light (hardly any of it actually reached my panties), and brown.
