I need them in a dark green colour but can't seem to find them anywhere...although i have seen people wearing them. They have to be protective as I'm a veterinary nurse but human nursing ones will do.

they have to be protective as i work as a vet nurse but can't seem to find the bootleg/bootcut trousers anywhere. they look much better than the straight leg ones and are apparently more comfortable.

try looking at a super wal-mart...or a uniform store... i have even seen them on line...try scrubs.com

No sure where you live but in the USA you should be able to get any kind you want at a uniform store....they have them in the malls, etc.
Most nurses like loose, comfortable clothes....probably are all different kinds of cuts and styles.
If you can't find them that way ...look up uniforms on the Internet and find a catalog you can order them from.

Have you tried asking a nurse about it? Or even asking in a hospital about it. I don't think they would see it as something secret that cannot be said. Try asking around, and browsing online for what you need. Make sure you enter key words too, in order to find more specific things. The internet has always worked well for me. And even more when I type in key words.

They are called scrubs, and the ones that you can buy arent real scrubs, scrubs cant be sold out of retail stores and must be handled by a uniform company, they cant be worn out of the hospital unless a nurse wears them home then returns them to be cleaned before the next use. but just search the web for scrubs, you will get 1,ooo`s of hits

the uniform stores for nurses have them some stores like walmart carry them but i went to a store called star uniforms and they said that the boot cut were available in men sizes only. i couldn't find them anywhere in women sizes. so look in the men sizes.
