Can you have a boob job using your own body fat?

I think i watched a program that mentioned moving your own body fat to other areas. I dont think it is possible to move to bust area though as it wouldn't stay pert enough. Thats why the bags of silicon, saline etc get placed under the muscle so they stay in place.
