I would reccomend a Sirius Satelite Radio. I don't think there's a 20 year old guy on this planet that wouldn't enjoy Howard Stern, and all of the other content. I've had it for 2 years and couldn't live without it. You'll also enjoy the gift because there are lots of female oriented channels and shows. They have good deals at Best-Buy, Circuit City or Sirius.com
