I lived in the Southwestern desert of Arizona. I was used to the summer heat and always drank water. One day I pushed myself harder than usual and forgot to drink water. ( I just took some headache pills..and went riding my ten speed for miles)
I did'nt realize how sick I was until I stopped at a store to use the restroom. I felt like I was walking on air, as I felt light. I washed my hands, splashed water on my face, then threw-up, got dizzy, felt extremely cold. (was like a dream) Everything seemed in slow motion...I slid down the wall and passed out. I was out for about 30 minutes, according to the store clerk. (forced door open due to no response)
I felt weak and unable to help myself, yet knew what was happening until I "went out."
What I learned? I actually have limits...thought I was tougher...lol

Yes. I did. It was fun. I started to hallucinate. I was saying really random weird stuff, then laughing. It was basically like being high. I didnt learn much from it. One of my friends was talking to me and helped me get back to reality. It lasted only...an hour or so.
