When Anna Nicole Smith stopped breathing Thursday afternoon, why didn't her nurse call 911 right away? Why did the nurse call Anna's lawer/boyfriend Howard K. Stern first? Didn't they know that delaying emergency medical care would be fatal for Anna?

Funny how neither Anna Nicole or her son Daniel passed away until after the $baby$ Dannielynn was born. I think Howard Stern saw his chance to inherit almost half a billion $. My theory is that after he found out Anna was pregnant (I do not think he is the father), he insisted she have her baby in the Bahamas under Bahamian jurisdiction. Kill off the son(potential heir) by providing a lethal mix of drugs. Kill off Mom(heir to a fortune) while baby is still in Bahamas. Claim baby as yours out of US jurisdiction, VIOLA! become baby's dad by default and therefore controller of possible half a billion inheritance.
To answer the question, Nurse and Bodyguard will be paid handsomely for their part in the murder.

That's a very suspicious piece of information there. I don't know much about that, as I haven't read that yet, anywhere. I like your theory, though. 911 is always essential when someone is feeling like Anna did. Anna's bodyguard should have speed dialed 911 and her nurse should've speed dialed Howard. Her nurse should be questioned, I'd say. I mean, I know there wasn't any foul play or illegal drug use involved, but they should still question the people near Anna at that time, or else this fiasco will continue on forever!

because Howard is messing with everyones minds and manipulating them. The nurse should of called 911 first thing.
My questions is..why did she have a nurse and why was howard not there if she had a 105 fever. It seems someone who is so in love with her wouldn't leave her side if she had 105 fever. The nurse is so there is another eye witness to her death and howard was no where around to be blamed.
Howard killed the son and now he killed her..he is just trying to get away with it.

That's a good question. You would think that's the first thing a nurse would do and try to resuscitate her. I have no medical training but I even know that the first thing you do is call for an ambulance. If I or a family member ever gets sick and needs a nurse remind me not to hire this one.

I have wondered that also. How was she not discovered immediately? I mean she obviously was feeling ill enough to hire a nurse. I would think between a nurse and a bodyguard both of who were supposedly certified in CPR, someone could have saved her. It all sounds very fishy to me. You could tell from the video that the paramedics were not doing CPR when she arrived at the hospital which probably meant she had been "down" for awhile.

Because she was as ditzy as her employer. Why did Anna Nicole Smith need a nurse to begin with? That makes you ask questions in and of itself.

None of it makes since to me
If she had the flu for a few days like they said
why didn't she stay at home in the Bahamas
instead of going to Fla?
When she fell in the tub taking a shower
why didnt they treat her for a concusion
they said it knocked her out on cnn tv.
Who Knows Its sad specially for her daughter Dannielyn.

I know the body guard is a paramedic as well, but I question why the nurse did not do the CPR and waited for the body guard to come. very strange.

On Entertainment Tonight last night they said that she was taking a nap and when they tried to wake her up, they couldn't. That's when they realized something was wrong.
