i've heard excersizing daily will decrease the blood flow during your period. does any one have any good exsersizing ideas??

also are there any foods that will help with the blood floww??

im pretty possiiittiiivvee that the whole excersizing thing is NOT a myth because when i was doing a school sport i was very active and my period was ALWAYS light and when my sport ended i never took up another sport and it became a pretty heavy flow that instead of lasting 1-3 days would last up to 8 days

i've never heard of an excercise that will decrease the blood flow, but just anything, like jogging, will help with cramps!

Exercising: No That's a myth.

No foods help with blood flow.
