I recieved my W-2 but it was incorrect, I have my last paycheck stub, and my former employer said if I brought him a blank W-2 he would fill it out correctly, but I cant find a place to do that free. I have quickbooks and Quicken but I dont have it set up, never even opened them.

You can normally find blank w-2's at office supply stores. Staples, Office Max, etc. They carry them for the small employer who only needs 4 or 5.

Just go to your nearest IRS office. Your employer will also have to resubmit the W2 and W3 to Social Security.
You can't download a W2 since the first page is in red and must be scanned.
