Comedian....?

Question

can anyone tell me the name of the guy who did comedy central presents a few weeks ago,he was white,kinda skinny,really random,cang some songs with guitar and harmonica,
he had a gaint sketch book ,and one of the picks he had a circle with a dot in it,and said,CD or Boob? ill never tell
