I personally think the quality of the wheel is much more important that the overall size. I seriously doubt that 22" wheels will fit in the wheel well of a G35 coupe.

i wouldn't wheels that big will screw up the traction control/abs system . i recommend the 2 inch rule 18" go to 20" or 17" go to 19" 22" foolish waste of money

If you have enough well for it and you get 22 inch or 23 inch tires and you get a raise.

No, my husband is a mechanic, and he said you would have wind up cusomizing the whole car, even if it could be done, because it's a front wheel drive car.

nope the biggest is 20's, and even then, in perspective it looks really big for the car.
