Exercise is a great way to release tension. You can work out your frustation through physical activity - try running, skiing, circuit training. Take a yoga class at a local gym or try mediation. All these methods are good for your mind and your body!

Physical activity like chopping wood, working out on a hard bag, or running can vent frustration. I also like to go hunting; it's a great, peaceful time with nature away from the rat race.

talking to someone that you know you dont get angry around. go for a jog and clear your mind. think of all the positive things youve had. close your eyes count down from ten slowly while thinking about something happy. dancing really helps for me so try that. its a hard question to answer because many people have different ways of doing it. try going to an anger management class if its really bad. cheer up!!
