How can you get free internet with a phone cord,a phone jack,and a computer.PLEASE HELP!

You can't get free internet, there's no such thing, you always pay either a monthly service charge to the provider or, at the very least, you pay a phone bill for the amount of time you're connected to the net.

Well on the computer are programs which you load up to get on the internet. But what you PAY for is a site to connect to, to get on the internet. Then you can go to any site you want. I use the cell phone as my modem. It connects to Yahoo! thru sprint.com internet.
But FYI you can not access or get on the internet for free. Just like you asking how can you get free phone service for free and you got the phone cord and phone. NO WAY.

You can't. You need to sign up for a internet plan. Just hooking up your computer will not get you free internet.

Check your local university. They may have a free server you can tap into.
