I am a 14 yr old and I always shop at Forever 21 they have very nice clothes and accessories I think if you want to buy something that is new in style and a little punk/classy.
Or Abrecrombie and Fitch clothes are nice and they have a pair of patched up shorts for about 30.00 they are hot and they are worth it.
Aeropostale is a sleek and sexy store anything you buy there lasts for a long time
If you are into sales and all that stuff go to Old Navy they have stuff for the while family they are a good store and lots of quality.
Gap is a little bit more expensive then the other stores but is one of my most favorite clothes.
If you like the best of the best quality go for Victoria secret clothes they have clothing priced well and the feeling of the fabric is good.
DSW is a good shoe store they sell almost every brand.And a wide selection of prices and sizes.

Juniors department in Macys or Nordstrom, forever 21. At your age you will find some things that are innapropriate at these stores but for the most part you will find cute stylish clothes.

American Eagle has really good quality for the price
Hollister has really cute clothes, but sometimes can be quite expensive
Delias has really cute clothes for a pretty good prices
Aeropostale has really cute clothes for amazing prices

Gap stores, oshkosh(actually i'm not sure if they stop at 12 years), the children's place, also there would be a big variety in the kids' section of every big department store.

Hey Sarah i am a fashion designer student in America and i reckon you should shop in Rocawear, AppleBottoms and you must get Uggs. Any-thing designer does the trick and it is always better quailty! Mwah....x..
