Paypal account needs international debit card account information for the account to get varified.When i entered the debit card information it says the bank which has isssued the card is not accepting.I have contacted the banks customer support but they said my card is active and it should work.Please tell me what to do.

There is a phone number for paypal. Telephone to that number and ask for help and clarification.

Well, your bank is not accepting for paypal then? Just like the site is telling you?

Probably an issue with the address that your bank uses.

The card you register MUST be global,like HSBC.Citibank,ICICI-check this with your card issuing bank.

start completly over.i have a pay[al account.make sure the 3 digit number is right.make sure everything is right and try again
