Nowhere. Ceases to exist. Finite existence. Jus like when you are soundly asleep, you have no knowledge of anything. Enjoy the life you have, it is the only one you will get.

It depends on your religion and beliefs. But as far as I know, this is what happens:
If you do good: You go to Heaven, a place where all your wishes are granted anytime.
If you do bad: You go to Hell, where you continuously burn in very, very, very, very, very hot fire for years. (At some point you'll end up in Heaven.)
Buddhists don't believe in Heaven or Hell.
Christians think that if you believe in Jesus, then you will never go to Hell.
Muslims believe that if you good, it's Heaven for you and if you do bad, it's Hell.
