why dont you just download the songs from the free ones like www.torrentspy.com or www.mininova.com. There are many torrent providers available that dont charge - just peer to peer exchange!

If you debit card doubles as a Visa or Mastercard, just about all will. Otherwise, I'd probably look at ones that accept paypal. I'd be hesistant to use a bank account number on sites that aren't well established.
