Call your doctor. When it comes to health of your children, your doctor is the best place to start asking questions. If it is just trickles of water with bubbles, it sounds like he is drooling, possibly from cutting new teeth. That is perfectly normal. If it is gushing water, such as in throwing up, I would call your dotor. If too much water goes out and not enough goes back in your baby, he will become dehydrated., which is not good.

He's probably teething - it causes drooling, or water coming from the mouth.

He also may be salivating because he's hungry.

my daughter drools non-stop when she is teething if you notice he's chewing on things more his toys, fingers, pacifier if he has one then hes probably just teething and its normal just put a bib on him to keep his skin from getting chapped.
