Hey before i buy a new video card...i saw a new one called PCIe? Can i use a PCIe video card in my PCI slot?

Nope, they are a very different technology... even if they were physically compatible, a PCIe card would not be able to communicate with a PCI card slot - different bus speeds....

no

pci express is different and the slot is bigger than a regular AGP slot so you would need to get a mother board that supports PCI Express or use AGP

Lol, no, PCI and PCI-Express are completely different things.
