What is this feeling?

On thurs i had severve constant cramping and when i went to see my doctor on fri he said i had probably developed a cyst during ovulation. But today ithe cramping has gone but my tummy feels very tender to touch and very heavy. I have had a lot of noises coming from my tummy which sounds like i'm hungry when i'm not. I can't take a test as period is due on friday so it's too early. Just wondered if anyone had experienced a similar thing? My parnter and i have been ttc for 10 months. I had not any other symptoms for pregnancy.

It's not gas as that was my first thought but the pain was so bad i couldn't stand, walk, eat or sleep had to get a doctor out to me who said it was probably a cyst

Sounds like gas to me
