People who commit suicide are entitled to end their existence - after all it IS their life. They are not comparable to serial killers - I don't understand why you'd even suggest such a thing.
People who commit suicide may love themselves but feel that they are in a situation that cannot be overcome (e.g., terminal illness).

How are they like serial killers? People who commit suicide are in a serious state of depression, they might have suffered a tremendous amount of emotional, physical, sexual and/or psychological abuse. And if they don't have the right support system to help dig them out of their depression and they don't really feel as though there is nothing worth living for, then they will commit suicide.
Serial killers are cold, callous and selfish, they take away the lives of others without thinking of the pain that their families and friends feel.
People who commit suicide don't believe they have any family or friends that would even care if they were gone.

No, people that commit suicide are not worse than serial killers. For one, they are only taking one life, and for two, it is their own life, which I'm pretty sure we can both agree they have the rights to do with as they please.
And suicide is not merely about not loving oneself; it can also be escape from the painful, stressful, or lonely environment or situation one is in.
I am not advocating suicide, but it is a lot more complex than you are making it out to be.
I hesitate to make any more certain general statements (like the poster below), because they simply do not cover all the vast reasons someone may commit suicide, and yet the poster below is claiming they are all true.

No people who commit suicide are special people the world didn't appreciate so God has them and gives them the attention and love they deserve...NOT suicidal but thats how i see them...Serial killers are just evil...

I don't know but this past week 2 of my friends commited and they weren't worse then serial killers!!! I LOVE THEM!!! AND MISS THEM
