It really doesnt matter what you say just as long you let them know that you will have them in your thoughts and prayers cause you never know when or if you will speak to them ever again.When you are hanging up you are sending that person out into this unreal world without you and you would hope to talk to them again.I say bye and I will talk to you later.If its a loved one I always say I lvoe you and........

Yes it does depend on if it's a man or woman. I usually say bye or talk to you later.

I've noticed when I talk to my grandmother I say bye-bye. But if I'm talking to anyone else I just say bye.

Telemarketers, if they are friendly I say, "Have a great day/night".

All others, just get a regular bye.
