If you could fail as a father mine certainly did!!!!!!!I worthless drunk that could not would not hold a job.However good came from it because I learned by his example exactly what kink of man and father NOT TO BE!!!!!

My father was a alcoholic and his father was a alcoholic, then he (my father) past away from drowning when i was 17 i would say his father didn't do a very good job but mine done the best the only way he knew how, and i loved him.....enough said.

He was not very patient when helping with homeowrk but he was there for me when I needed him. He took us fishing and camping, coached our softball teams. He was very involved and he loved us. He had a strange sense of humor and made us laugh constantly. He taught us to be honest and kind. I would say NOPE. I miss him!!!

I never met him, but from what I've heard that is preferable.
Did God fail you, Jesus H.? I mean he sacrificed you on the cross and all... But wait, if you believe in the Trinity, then you (Jesus) ARE the Father (God)... So does that mean you failed yourself?

No I am still here alive and breathing. I am not as totally screwed up as a lot of people out there. So he must have done something right.

He's okay as a buddy, but not so effective as a father. I do still love him though.
