There are quite a few places on the internet to download Serbian/Croatian subtitles but I think this site is the best

I had this problem. Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian subtitles are easy to make on windows movie maker. If you have that save your video to a SanDisk card on windows movie maker and go to Youtube, and upload the video by clicking " Upload from my computer " and I guess thats how you do it.
