3.Stony Brook Uni-NY
4.University of Minnesota-Twin cities

You should look to see if they're ABET (www.abet.org) accredited first. Then, find out their job placements (or graduate school placing if you plan on going). Also, go to www.studentsreview.com to see what other students say about the major and campus. I stumbled upon that website and have ruled out so many colleges.

I would rank them: Purdue University-IN Stony Brook Uni-NY University of Minnesota-Twin cities Ohio State-Columbus

should go to the University of Illinois, but since that's not an option, I'll say Ohio State.
