See if the lock light has gone out. If it has wait one hour after clean cycle is completed. The oven must get below 400 degrees before it will unlock. Check if you can move the lock lever easily to the left. If not, wait a few more minutes and try again.

If you can not move the lever to the left after waiting, put the oven back into self clean, then cancel the cycle and wait for the oven to get below 400 degrees for the door to unlock.

Like they have said it has to be totally cooled down. But if that does not work. Start the cycle over and then shut it off. I had to do that to my oven one time.

If it just finished it's cleaning cycle, it has to cool off before it will open. Ovens get extreamly hot when they clean themselves so they lock as a safety precaution.

Make sure all knobs are in off position. Maybe an interlock to prevent opening.

Is it completely cooled down? Because it will not open until then.
