Because people are always judgemental to others it is way of the world nothing we can do about it i am sure people judge chavs in a negative way (I do) there are good and bad of all people

Many people , if not most, tend to judge the unfamiliar before they acquaint themselves with it. I.E. most people are prejudiced in some way, even if they posture otherwise.
