Start with basic information about the book such as the author's name and stuff. Then write about the plot, what goes on in the story. In the end, write if you would tell others to read this book and why.
I hope my answer helped.

You'll def.want to ask your teacher if they have anything they specifcally want in the report other then that the generic book report consists of:

talking about setting, main characters, supporting characters, major conflicts, major themes, plot summary (without giving away the ending if it's a suprise), your personal opinon on the book, would you recommend it, what was your favorite part/character, did you like it, why or why not.

Have fun!

You can use this link to give you an outline and description of what should go in a book report. However, your teacher may have given you specific items she/he would like you to describe.

What instruction did your teacher give you? sometimes they hust want a basic summary of the story. Sometimes they want to know about the author as well. If you are in 5th grade, why do you have an email address? Are you 14?

what kind of information?

um...
don't forget the introduction where you include the author, title, illustrator (if any), and introduce the book to the readers and give a brief sentence or two about the book.

in the body don't retell the whole story, just the important details.

don't forget a conclusion where you sum it up.

good luck!

What you think of the book you have read - interesting or otherwise and add a few relevant supporting points.
