Is there a train service that goes from Jakarta to Bali? Or we have to take flights. And if so, what's the cheapest flight for a return ticket Jakarta-Bali-Jakarta?

Thanks..

There is no train from Jakarta to Bali. The other alternative is by bus, but the journey will take about 24 hours. You better take flights from Jakarta. If you want cheap ticket, they are a lot of cheap airline there. Just ask your travel for a cheap one.

there is a train service from jakarta to yogyakarta, which takes 6-7 hours, and then you can take a bus to bali. however, this will take almost 20 hours. if you have lots of time to travel, i suggest this so you'll have more chances of seeing indonesia. otherwise, take a plane ride.
