I worked most of my life as a auto mechanic working under cars, now when I slide under a car to do something I get dizzy what could be the problem

Does the same thing happen when you lie down on the bed or couch? If so, it could be a minor inner ear thing going on. Do you have a cold...head stuffy etc? Could be sinus issues. Dizziness when you change positions (particularly lying down) usually indicates an inner ear problem.

Seems like a 'fresh air' related condition. Respiratory condition of some sort. Go talk to your doctor.
