that's thoroughly no longer actual. I easily have a chum going to varsity next year who's 4' 11'' and he or she isn't getting a loose trip. the only way of having a loose trip by using college is a) scholarships/ factors or b) if your mum and dad are loaded.

No, it's not true.
I'm 5'0" exactly, and have plenty of friends at college here who are smaller than me - we all complain about the cost. So nobody is getting a free ride for being short.

idk if this helps but I'm a senior in HS and someone I know was talking about this. She is joining the military and they are paying for her college but she was talking about some kind of benefits for being a women under 5ft. Maybe it has something to do with the military?
