Charcoal pork and wine... these three go best together.
but if you decide to go the other direction gas beef and beer go together nicely as well. the pork would be nicer for a valentines day thing

Charcoal is much better, but more trouble. Gas is only OK, but much easier and more convenient.
Pork, naturally...beef only for steaks
And beer, of course...unless you're a little sissy, in which case wine is acceptable.

Let's light up some charcoal, slap a side of beef on it, and open a bottle of white Zinfandel. Sounds like the perfect evening to me.

Definitely Charcoal...and it has to be BEEF preferably some good cut Black Angus Steaks..mmmm Oh and don't forget the Beer!!

try charcoal the natural kind you can find dont use lighter fluid will taste like it instead roll up newspaper real tight and pour cooking oil on it and light it use beef a nice piece with just sea salt rub and of course beer unless you are entertaining a nice women
