Every morning when I wake up I have trouble getting up when my alarm goes off, no matter how early I go to bed. I always hit the snooze until the last possible minute

I have three different alarm clocks and they are all set across the room from me and I usually get up turn the alarm off and then go back to sleep. Even if I get up and walk to the alarm I can't force myself to stay up.

don't put your alarm near your bed. ;) Put it wayyyy across the room so that the noise will get so annoying, yet it won't be close enough for you to shut off immedietly. Then, once you're up- use the bathroom, brush your teeth and do a few things that will wake you up enough that you won't want to lay back down.

it's the only thing that works for me. i don't like mornings or getting up early at all.

I get right up because I'm startled by it. I've found over the years if I hit the snooze button then i feel more tired. It is difficult but my getting up and moving I think it helps you become more alert and less sleepy. Also, if you wake up a little before the alarm I just go ahead and get up and have a little extra time in the morning. If i ignore I'm worse when the alarm goes off, because you're into another sleep cycle.

I usually set the alarm 10-30 minutes from the time I have to get up. I hit the snooze button 3 or more times depending on what time I have to get up. For example, my son & I get up @ 7:10am to get ready for school. So I have my alarm set to 7 am. I let the alarm go off @ 7am, 7:05a, and 7:10a. This way our body or system have time to wake up. Then if I have to wake up very early in the morning like 5 or 6 am. I set my one time alarm 1 hour before and set up my "wake up" alarm 30 minutes before get up time (the one that goes off every 5 minutes). This way my body has time to "wake up". I use my cell phone as my alarm.
It works for me, but I don't know if it will work for you. You can try it.

Put your alarm on the other side of the room and/or
Before bed tell yourself what time you want to get up and your mind should accommodate that in the morning, your sub conscience should help out.

if u can, try turning the volume up as loud as possible, that should stun you and wake you up real quick! If that doesn't work, try doing that, and opening your blinds to your window a little bit! (if you have a window!) hey it worked for me!
