What is happening in Japan in terms of weather? (Typo corrected).

You do have answers from two people but you have to look at it from the fact that it is a an Island, and a very small country, in size.

It is under ocean effect, this year it has not snowed for many days, I think it was getting lots of snow in some places due to ocean effect but this year ocean is few degrees warmer then the previous years so no snow. I just notice on MSNNBC and season will be over soon. This is the result of Global warming I think. Unless the season has shifted a littel, by say 20+ days or so, then they will have the snow, just delayed.

I have never heard of Ajpan. But if it is on earth you should be able to get that right from your front page under weather.
