By helping I am assuming you are offering to guide someone through the quest (like the walk-thru that is available on Runehq.com or even the Knowledge Base on Runescape.com itself). If you mean actually logging in and doing the quest for them that is 1. a way most people get "hacked" or (giving you the benefit of the doubt that you are sincere) 2. account sharing. Either way it is a no-win situation for anyone who actually asks you for help.
