Her son, Daniel and the millionaire's son died. Her step-son died sometime these last 12 month's. That was the person she was fighting with the most about the money.

NASSAU, Bahamas - The 20-year-old son of Anna Nicole Smith died while visiting his mother in the hospital where the reality TV star and former Playboy playmate had given birth last week, a Bahamas police official said Monday.
Daniel Wayne Smith died Sunday in his mother’s room at Doctors’ Hospital in Nassau, Reginald Ferguson, assistant commissioner of the Royal Bahamian Police Force, said in an interview with The Associated Press. He said an autopsy was under way.
Smith arrived Saturday night in the Bahamas and apparently went directly to the hospital

Yes. Marshall II's son, E. Pierce Marshall, died in his mid-70s several years ago. He was the one who fought Anna Nicole in the courts when she claimed she deserved the billionaire's fortune because she was married to him. Yes, he died last year I think before Anna Nicole announced her pregnancy. His kids are now still contesting their grandaddy's will.

He died several months ago in the Caribbean, in the company of Howard K. Stern - who, interestingly, was also present when Anna Nicole died.

not her step son. her actual son. he was 19 or 20. died from drug related causes. just a few weeks ago i think.
