I just saw that the Skill comp is on NFL network at 1130am Pacific. Not sure where you are located. It may vary thought. I have DirectTv. I suggest you look on either of the site below for your listing.
Edit!It turns out that what my schedule was showing was last years. But they did show a recap during the halftime of the Pro Bowl.

NO, they dont do that in pro football at the Pro Bowl.
They do have combines for the draft at other places, but no skills competition at the Pro Bowl.
