I like this guy a older older then me and is in the 8th grade. How to i start being friends with him and what to get him for valentine day. I dun wanna show i like him like cuz we are neighbours that kind. He is really into sailing and swimming and is very active. Now my gals and i have just started sending letters to him for fun . . .

Get him a box of those little candy hearts and wish him a happy Valentine's. He might think that it's what you're giving out for Valentine's to people this year, but the fact that you thought of him might strike some interest. This way it's not too obvious and it's cheap and you still got his attention.

i don't really think that you should get him something cuz he's not your boy,but if you insist get him a small bear or a bracelet with your names on it,or silver neckalce.

Don't get him anything. Save your $$$.
Why not just try to talk to him first? He might get freaked out if you come on too strong.
