I can help you on 2 of those (love greek mythology)

1. Pegasus is a winged horse, often displayed in literature as being white, with silvery wings. Pegasus was sired by Poseidon when he impreganted Medusa (the snake-headed woman who turned people to stone). When Perseus cut off Medusa's head, Pegasus leapt forth from her belly.
He is also often seen with Belleraphon, with whom Belleraphon defeated the Chimera, but upon trying to mount Pegasus Belleraphon is thrown off, killied, and Pegasus rises to the Heavens where he becomes a constellation

2. The Centuars in Greek mythology are those that have the body of a horse but the torso of a human. They were notoriously scandalous creatures, rumored to be followers of Dionysus and many tales talk of their mistreatment of females. However- there is one famous centaur (think he is called Chirone) who was the trainer to such heroes as Achilles and Jason.
