No, I think it will start in late Spring, as all the seasons will begin to overlap one another more aggressively as Global Warming intensifies.
Summer will be 1-3 months longer, and Winter will be 1-3 months shorter.
Look at this year's Winter already - it started a month later than usual in the Northern Hemisphere.

Global warming started in the ice age. It's not going to stop; and if it ever becomes a problem, it will be a simple progression of nature. Nothing man has done or will ever do will have an appreciable effect.

I could surely use some of that. It has been so cold here. Hurry up summer and come. With temps at -4 degrees who wouldn't want some summer weather. Give me back the 50 degree weather. Don't talk to me about global warming trends.

Funny, as of third grade, my daughter was able to discuss at length the difference between weather and climate.
I guess that just goes to show where Republicans and the GW doubters stopped being able to comprehend facts because the material got too complex for them, before the third grade.
For you Republicans, here it is:
Weather is the day-to-day state of the atmosphere, and its short-term (minutes to weeks) variation. Popularly, weather is thought of as the combination of temperature, humidity, precipitation, cloudiness, visibility, and wind. We talk about the weather in terms of "What will it be like today?", "How hot is it right now?", and "When will that storm hit our section of the country?"
Climate is defined as statistical weather information that describes the variation of weather at a given place for a specified interval. In popular usage, it represents the synthesis of weather; more formally it is the weather of a locality averaged over some period (usually 30 years) plus statistics of weather extremes.
So, the fact that it is cold for a few weeks or months has no bearing on climate change.

There is no conclusive evidence of global warming. The term itself was invented to explain the condition of Venus' atmosphere. Never forget that the earth and Sun go through periodic changes in temperature naturally. Man didn't cause the last ice-age to begin or end, so how are we causing it now?
Most global warming "experts" won't mention that while Alaska is melting, Antarctica and some other places are seeing their ice sheets grow. I suggest you do some research on your own without following Al Gore's historical rantings.

I hope it starts soon. These temps in the teens suck. I'm tempted to drive around unnecessarily today just to hurry it along.
