can i add powersteering fluid to my 99 grand prix 3800? if so, where? i can't find the resevore to do so. i c a pump of some sort. does the fluid run internaty inside the engine/ trans?

The reservoir should be on the driver side near the brake fluid reservoir. Yes, you can definitely add fluid. If it's still impossible to find, a Chilton's or Hayne's manual only cost about $16.

i have a 1988 olds 3800 engine and mine is towards the back close to the firewall on the passenger side.look at the cap,it should tell you .

The place should be in the power steering pump itself and the cap should be labeled. Beyond that I'm not sure.

my car with a 3800 has the resevoir toward the back on the passenger side. it should be marked.
