am 14 and i liked so i think yes 13 year old would like it

Yes. It is a very fun film for nearly every age, involving historical figures, a dinosaur, wild animals, miniature warriors, a mummy's curse, and even a talking Easter Island statue. The only problems for very young children is a scary T-rex scene, one scene of animal urination (played for laughs), scenes of peril, and one "death" and one "maiming" of museum waxworks characters. The romantic sub-plot is very down-played and the "kid" involved has a minor role. The "lessons" of remembering history and rising to a challenge are useful without being preachy. The movie is lots of laughs and very appropriate for preteens, adults, and probably younger kids, too. A 13 year old should not be bothered by anything and will have a blast. And so will you!

Yes I'm 13 years old myself and I really liked it. It was pretty funny. It kind reminds me of the Disney movie the Haunted Mansion.

ONe of my clients whos 39 went and saw it and she thought it was pretty funny. Im sure if she enjoyed it a 13 year old would.
besides its got ben stilller hes funny at any age!

yes, it is a universally funny movie. I took my father and my 8 year old. They both loved it.

Yes, he or she will defenitly like it, especially with the special effects. Its a really nice movie and you wont believe how much i like it!!!
