Nipples sticking out and no bra strap visible. :-)~

In the world of plastic surgery you can't really. Breasts are nothing but fat, so if they are natural they will sag a llittle, even if you have never had kids, the larger they are, gravity takes over and they sag a large ammount. Simple science tells you that. But if they are fake, they won't sag at all or barley if they do. So the woman could wear a bra and still be very pert. My question is...why do you care?

why would you want to? but well they'll be kinda pointy around the nipples, you can't see their bra strap and they're boobs won't look as "perky"

s0metimes, if its big, it has no certain shape- its downwards
