1. No, it doesn't require batteries, until sometime after the 1000th charge.

2. I'll answer this one last.

3. A charger that comes with the DSLite.

4. Kits, I'm not sure about. They usually cost about $19-$20. Most include 3 spare pens, a case, a special nintendo headset with a built in mic, and some game protectors. Walmart usually has these.

Back to 2.

Metroid Prime: Hunters (WiFi)
Final Fantasy III (WiFi)
Mario Kart DS (WiFi)
Animal Crossing: Wild World (WiFi)
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl (WiFi)
StarFox: Command (WiFi)
New Super Mario Bros.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue
Super Mario 64 DS
Kirby Squeak Squad/Canvas Curse
Eragon (This game has REALLY good graphics!)
Nintendogs (There are three versions to this game.)
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Wario: The Master of Disguise
Pokemon Ranger

These are just some of my favs! Also, in answer to your question, no, unfortunately neither the DS or the DSLite play GBC games. But then, those games are so outdated, EBgames cannot even legally buy those anymore. Hope this helps~!!!

Phoenix Wright!!! Its seriously one of the best ds games out there. Phoenix Wright is a very story based game. You have to be willing to put a lot of time into it. If you like games that have an amazing storyline this is definitely a game for you. (CAUTION: Lots of reading!) It’s also on gba, but you can’t beat the touch screen capabilities that the ds has to offer.

Other good games are;
-Hotel Dusk (You play a detective)
-Rocket Slime (Adventure, you’re a slime that has to save Slimania)
-Brain Age (Math, Puzzles, Educational, Family Game)
-Elite Beat Agents (Music, Fallow the beat)
-Trauma Center (Intense touch screen doctor action)

Good luck looking for a new game that tickles your fancy. There’s plenty out there rite now.

-The battery is included, and is rechargable...you just plug it in
- My favorite games are Clubhouse Games, Cooking Mama, MarioKart and Tetris DS
- It takes only about 2 1/2 hours to charge the battery
- Not sure about the lowest price...sorry

Hope this helps you out...
